Tuscany Style Town Home
This 2 story townhome located inside the Regal Palms Resort. The resort is guard gated for added security and there are tons of amenities for you and your family to enjoy when you are not at the parks or relaxing in your home. This four-bedroom villa can comfortably sleep up to eight guests and three bedroom 2.5 baths. This is a tremendous value when compared to that of any hotel room in Orlando. These accommodations are very attractive for single to large families, reunions and groups alike. Newly added screened in Patio and balcony with furniture to relax without the bugs. The ground floor consist of a covered entrance porch, kitchen, dining table, family room with TV, screened in patio sliding doors that open to a roofed porch, hall bathroom and a double bedroom with walk-in closet, TV and bathroom. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a King bed, TV, safe, walk-in closet, bathroom and balcony, two double bedrooms that contain twin beds and built-in wardrobes, family bath room and laundry area. There is parking for 2 cars in front of the home.

Our villas have all the comforts you would expect at home. Central AC. Washer and Dryer, Iron and Board. Free High Speed Internet and Wireless Network in the home. There are 5 TV’s all with cable access, a DVD Player and Stereo with CD Player.
Both kitchens are fully equipped with Large Fridge with Ice Maker, Range and Range Top, Convection Oven and Dishwasher. Fully stocked with Glasses and Cutlery, Pots, Pans and Bakeware. For the quicker meals there is a Microwave and for breakfast a Toaster, Griddle, Coffee Maker and Tea Kettle. All linens and towels are provided and blow dryers are in all bathrooms.
